I was surprised by how fresh and tasty the food was. It’s nice when a place puts care into what they serve, especially somewhere families spend the day. Felt good to enjoy a decent meal while supporting the zoo too.

The animals were a lot of fun to see, but the mountain views were what really made the day for me. Such a nice spot to spend some time, I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the area

We had a bunch of random animal questions and the staff answered them all like it was no big deal. They were super friendly and made the whole visit more fun. Definitely made the day better for us.

I stopped by everything there is just cute. It feels like no matter what you look at, there’s something adorable to check out. Definitely a fun little place if you like cute stuff.

I found the site easy to get around, honestly. I didn’t have to click around forever to find what I needed, which I always appreciate. The text was clear enough too, and the pages loaded fine for me. On mobile, though, a few sections felt kind of busy, like there was a bit too much going on. But jumping back to the main point, it was still accessible enough and overall a good experience.

Took my kids here and we had such a fun day, especially feeding the giraffes which was easily the highlight for all of us, and the staff were really kind and helpful without making us feel hurried along, plus we caught a couple of the keeper chats where the kids got to ask their many questions and it made the whole visit feel a lot more hands-on than just wandering around looking at animals, though I’m giving it 4 stars because the hills and crowds were a bit much after a while and the food lines moved slowly, but even with that we’d definitely go back.

Pretty nice overall. I liked that there wasn’t too much walking involved, which felt intentional—like they set things up so you could enjoy the place without getting tired too fast. Maybe the idea is to keep people in a good mood and sticking around longer, but either way, it worked for me.

I went with my kids i ended up feeling good about the place. The habitats were clean, the staff actually answered our questions instead of acting annoyed, and the animals seemed calm and well cared for. I mean, was it absolutely perfect? No, of course not, because apparently nothing ever is. But you could tell they’re really trying, and that counts for a lot.

I took my kids to the zoo after checking tickets and hours on cmzoo, that part was painless. The site was easy to use, which was a relief because I was already in “please let this outing go smoothly” parent mode. Once we got there, the kids were immediately excited, and that made the whole day feel worth it. The zoo had a really family-friendly vibe, there was plenty for them to look at, and I was happy the bathrooms weren’t impossible to find. The staff were also really nice when we had questions, which I always appreciate. That said, there were a couple moments where I went from happy to a little irritated, mostly because it got crowded and the food lines moved slowly. But then the kids would get excited about another animal, and I’d forget I was annoyed. Overall, it was a fun day, and I’d definitely go again. I’d say 4 stars because of the crowds and wait times, but still a really good experience.

The kids learned so much about the animals, and the signs were really easy to read and actually fun. Some places overdo it with too much information, which feels unnecessary, but this was just right.

We had such a good visit, i was really grateful that the restrooms were in all the right spots. When you’re there with kids, that makes a huge difference lol. We never had to walk too far, and the ones we used were clean and had everything we needed. It made the whole day feel so much easier and way less stressful. Definitely 5 stars from me.

It was okay overall, though I did feel like it was a little expensive for what it is. I also wish the instructions had been clearer, because it took me a bit longer than expected to figure things out. Once I got it sorted, it worked fine.

I’d definitely go again. We went to an evening event at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and had such a good time. The staff were really nice, the lines moved faster than I expected, and it was still fun getting to see the animals later in the day. Parking was easy too, which always makes a night out that much better.

We ended up getting the membership i’m glad we did. Of course we picked a crazy busy time to start using it, so that part was on us, but we’ve already gone a bunch and it’s clearly saving us money after just a few visits. The kids are always excited to go and haven’t gotten bored with it at all. Easy choice for our family

I thought the animal habitats looked really clean and natural overall. A couple spots did feel a little small or kinda crowded, but for the most part everything seemed well cared for. The animals looked comfortable and healthy, so it was a nice experiance.

The tickets felt fair to me, which was nice because that stuff can add up fast. The kids had a great time, and that’s the main thing. We didn’t overthink it, just went in, enjoyed ourselves, and everyone left happy.

I’m giving 5 stars mainly because, shockingly enough, the shuttle was actually there when we needed it. We didn’t have to wait long, which was a huge relief with tired kids and all those lovely hills. The staff pointed us in the right direction, and thankfully it was straightforward. it made the zoo trip way less stressful than I was expecting, which is always a nice surprise.
